We source our ingredients directly from certified farms and conduct rigorous quality checks at every stage of processing to ensure you receive only the freshest and most authentic food products.
What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below this value, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other regions.
Do you accept returns for food items?
To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on food products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
